What was the reason for the blackout?

Huh? Who said that? Is someone in here? Helloooooooo.......

I'm having problems on the TDPRI server and so I've had to reboot it a couple of times.

I may have to close all the other sites here and there to continue working on the Tele page. When the server needs rebooted and such.

Is it my imagination,,, or is the
site super slow ??? Or maybe it's
my computer...

No, it's not your imagination. Our server loads have been very high lately. I'm not sure why.

I've hired some server guys to look into it. They're some of the best in the biz. It will take some time (3 or 4 days) but I'll get it under control.

But that's a good thing also ! Which means more and more people are finding the G-T!

We've been working on the server all afternoon. We had to take the server down for 20 mins to complete some items and of course it didn't want to boot properly when we brought it back up. That's why it took nearly an hour for the site to come back up.

This was not an error, we took it down on purpose, but one of the partitions that buffers the MySQL which the site runs on is still giving us problems. That was the problem yesterday and we "think" we've got that licked right now.

We think it might be a cause for the slow server as well. But only time will tell.
