Recent chilidsh spats on G-T

Recently, two of our members have decided to air their personal grudge against each other on the forum. They have elevated their petty childish bickering to the point of ridiculousness.

This is silly and totally uncalled for.

Both are adults, both are acting like babies.

You'll notice I'm saying "both". I'm sure each feels it is the other that is the cause of the issue. And, that they are not part of the problem. However, as with 12 year olds name calling on the middle school playground, it take two to make a hair pulling fight. And, both are equally guilty in the eyes of the administration.

That's how I see it here as well.

I read a good number of posts here every day, but this slipped by me for the most part. Oh, I've seen some of the animosity, and heard that it had something to do with a dating relationship that went sour. But I failed to see the extent of it.

I will work with a few people here to discuss some of the options I'm considering to deal with this situation.

Thanks
Paul Green

I totally understand and see your point. I apologize to everyone for my part in the matter and would love to see the entries just deleted if that is possible.

It is what it is.

I know that sounds like a generic answer, but, that's how I see it. I enjoy posts from both of the parties, and everyone on here for that matter.

Paul, you do a great job running this forum. You can moderate posts and topics and even ban members if the need arises. Unfortunatly, it's near impossible to tell people to "Play Nice" or even control how people feel about each other, especially if the posts aren't such that you can tell what the true meaning is behind them.

I think whatever is going to happen already has and we can chalk it up to different personalities. In a forum like this, there are so many personalities because folks come from all over and have different experiences.

You're doing a great job, and don't lose any sleep over this.

It's all good. Let's have cooler heads prevail and let the dust settle. Time heals all wounds.
