Default Compton Bridge

I was thinking of replacing the roller bridge on my Brian Setzer 6120 with a Compton Bridge. Has anyone tried this and what is your reaction to it?

Lots of people have replaced bridges with Compton bridges. The general consensus is that the Comptons are awesome and a great upgrade on most guitars.

I have the same question and mainly the concern is the pinned bridge and intonation. The pinned bridge being the biggest difference between Setzer 6120s and all the other GreTscHes. I have to say that I would like to hear specifics from someone with a Setzer 6120 and particularly about intonation and string gauges with a Compton, as I want to use a more balanced tension set on a 24.6" scale like 9.5 13 17 26 36 50 but I am alone in this it seems. I know the adjust-o-matic can handle stuff like this but can a Compton, especially on a pinned bridge model? Maybe I'll just have to buy one to find out.

Recently got a Stainless for my old Anni, had to replace and then work on a new bridge base as it was too high, but the difference between the Compton compared to the old space control is instantly noticeable, the sound acoustically is much more resonant, and intonation is easily attainable.
Amplified, the guitar sounds more responsive and full. but i did pop in some TV classics at the same time....use 11-54 EB strings
